Der Betriebsrat sorgt für fairen Interessenausgleich mit dem Arbeitgeber und Gerechtigkeit zwischen den Beschäftigten. Hierfür gibt es das Betriebsverfassungsgesetz mit den nötigen Rechten.
Beschäftigungssicherung
Der Betriebsrat kann eigene Vorschläge mit dem Arbeitgeber beraten und handelt ggf. (in Unternehmen mit mehr als 20 Beschäftigten) einen Interessenausgleich und Sozialplan aus.
Arbeitszeit
Schicht- und Dienstplan, Teilzeit, Gleitzeit, Arbeitszeitkonto, Pausen, Überstunden. Bei all dem bestimmt der Betriebsrat mit.
Entgelt
Der Betriebsrat sorgt für eine gerechte Eingruppierung und transparente Prämien und Boni.
Qualifizierung für alle
Auch für Teilzeitkräfte, Angelernte, Ältere und Eltern kleiner Kinder. Der Betriebsrat achtet darauf.
Kündigung
Ist ohne Anhörung des Betriebsrats unwirksam!
